Its all true.Have a 99.I had to, oh alright wanted to, upgrade brakes (pads, rotors and lines )
Then I put on the ubiquitous yosh pipes long live 3:47, air cleaner,& jet kit.
next is clip ons . The old girl 12 o clocks quite nicely & like right now.It really is a bit of a long beast ,that is best suited for resolute straffing over the ton. Now that said the apex straightening best be in corners shy of the track variety,or the 100km could be a be precursor to fairing purchases.
As for the seat vs twig & berries , did my own fix, wifes yoga mat 2 layers front , and bought seat faux leather at the Fabricland stapled her up.traced the old seat pattern ,worked right nice.
To sample a LL cool J rap ,VTRs are Loud, proud well endowed with a Big beat.
And oh big is right , addictively big , big like Rio grande big flowing 1000cc torque flat and fast.
I have other bikes suzuki sm400 ,xr 600 road tagged all are fun , however for pure oh oh, those are blue and red lights on that approaching Crown Vic fun its hard to beat the V twin mumbo.
