Prior to the unveiling of its fully revised F4 1000 superbike, MV Agusta has released bike porn teaser.

For 2010 the MV Agusta F4 1000 will be reverting to 998cc capacity, putting it in direct competition with the Honda CBR1000RR, Yamaha R1, Suzuki GSX-R1000 and the Kawasaki ZX-10R. And the new F4 will be potent enough to keep up to that fast competition, claiming 186bhp at 12,900rpm. Additionally the engine is fitted with TC MK II traction control as found on the new Brutale naked bike, along with a slipper clutch, twin injectors per cylinder and variable length inlet tracts.

Not much to see here, that will be waiting for the Milan show, but given that the former F4’s pipe organ style exhausts have gone all angular expect sharper edges and angles than the prior F4’s Tamburini design.
